What it looks like in practice.

Three examples of how we have supported businesses with organisational development, workforce requirements and the specialist capabilities needed for growth. Client identities remain confidential.

Three engagements

Offsite Construction / Light Gauge Steel 2D Panelised System

Supporting an offsite construction business to scale its factory and site teams — from General Operatives through to operational management.

A growing light-gauge steel offsite construction business needed to scale both its factory and its site operations at the same time, without diluting the standards that had won it the work.

We supported the scale-up as a single campaign rather than a series of vacancies. Recruitment included Site Supervisors, Production Managers, a Supply Chain Manager, General Operatives and other factory and site personnel.

Because the factory and site disciplines were recruited together, the business added capacity at both ends of the process in step, rather than one waiting on the other.

An established electrical contractor employing over 100 people needed to strengthen its management structures, develop frontline leadership capability and improve consistency in project delivery as the business continued to grow.

Working with senior leadership, we supported the development of organisational structures and delivered a structured training and development programme for frontline supervisors.

The programme focused on leadership capability, management accountability, Lean Construction principles and practical improvements in site productivity and project delivery.
